Parties must complete the mediation intake form at least 5 days prior to scheduled mediation.
Up to 4 hours of mediation time. $300 per party due 7 days prior to mediation.
Up to 8 hours of mediation time. $650 per party due 7 days prior to mediation.
Up to 2 hours of mediation time. $150 per party due 3 days prior to mediation.

A half day mediation (up to 4 hours) is $300.00 per party due 7 days prior to mediation.
A full day mediation (up to 8 hours) is $650.00 per party due 7 days prior to mediation.
A "drive-by" mediation (up to 2 hours) is $150.00 per party due 3 days prior to mediation.
Additional hours past the designated time are billed at $125 per hour per party and will be collected at the conclusion of mediation.
Our office provides the option for either in person mediation or Zoom mediation.
All mediation: Payment must be made no later than 7 days prior to mediation and the intake form above must be submitted no later than 5 days prior to mediation. Portions of the intake form will be used to craft an agenda for mediation.
In person mediation available on request and can be hosted either at the courthouse or at one of the attorneys' offices.
Zoom mediation takes place using a scheduled zoom link provided by the mediator. Parties will be placed into breakout rooms with their respective attorneys unless otherwise requested.
Our office provides mediation in person in Tarrant County, Texas and Zoom mediation for family law cases state-wide in Texas.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to mediation will be issued a full refund.
Cancellations less than 72 hours are subject but more than 24 hours before mediation must pay in full in order to reschedule.
Cancellations less than 24 prior to the scheduled start of mediation are subject to a $50.00 per party cancellation fee and must pay the mediation fee in full in order to reschedule.
If the mediation is cancelled due to a party's failure to pay the funds, those parties who had pre-paid will be refunded unless they wish to simply reschedule.
