Mrs. Harrington provides Parent Facilitation both in-person and by Zoom. Parent Facilitation services are available for Tarrant County, Parker County, Dallas County, Johnson County, Collin County, and Ellis County. Parent Facilitation allows for high-conflict co-parents to address issues and frustrations collaboratively in a structured setting. Parent Facilitation is NOT confidential and Mrs. Harrington may be called to testify in court.
Attorney Harrington offers half-day and full-day mediations for family law cases. Mediation allows for the parties to come to a binding Mediated Settlement Agreement that works for their specific needs. Mediation can be conducted either with attorneys representing the parties or without.
Mediation is offered in-person, by Zoom, or a hybrid of the two.
Attorney Harrington offers services as an amicus attorney, or ”friend of the court.” The role of the Amicus is to investigate the best interest of the child for the court. Often times, your divorce or child custody lawyer can request a specific Amicus for the court to appoint.
Attorney Harrington offers services as a attorney ad litem for children. As a guardian ad litem, Attorney Harrington represents the child's wishes to the Court. Often times, your divorce or child custody lawyer can request a specific Attorney Ad Litem the court to appoint.
Attorney Harrington accepts court appointments to represent children that are in the temporary conservatorship of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Through her role as both attorney ad litem and guardian ad litem, attorney Harrington advocates for both the child's desired outcome and the objective best interest of the child.
