Mrs. Harrington provides Parent Facilitation both in-person and by Zoom. Parent Facilitation services are available for Tarrant County, Parker County, Dallas County, Johnson County, Collin County, and Ellis County. Parent Facilitation allows for high-conflict co-parents to address issues and frustrations collaboratively in a structured setting. Parent Facilitation is NOT confidential and Mrs. Harrington may be called to testify in court.
What is the consultation fee? The initial consult is a discounted rate of $50.00.
What is the initial consult for? The consultation is a dedicated time of up to 30 minutes for you to tell Attorney Harrington about your case and to decide if we are a good fit to work towards this next chapter of your life.

What will the total cost of representation be? The total cost of representation will depend on the time spent on your case.

How is time billed? In 1/10th of an hour increments or 6 minute increments
Am I charged for discussing my bill with the attorney? No, you will not be charged for communications related to discussing your bill
How do I hire attorney Harrington? Return the signed contract, complete the questionnaire, and pay the retainer fee
What is the mediation fee? For a half-day mediation, the fee is $300 per party and for a full-day mediation, the fee is $550 per party.
What times are the mediations? A morning mediation will go from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.; an afternoon mediation will go from 12:30 until 4:30 p.m.; a full-day mediation will go from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Retainer fees for uncontested divorce and child custody cases begin at $1,500.00 and contested divorce and custody cases begin at $3,500.00. Retainers may be higher based on complexity and legal goals desired by the client.
